Taco Salad

INGREDIENTS

Large head of romaine

Lil' tomatoes, any kind works

Red onion

Corn (off the cob if ya have)

Black beans

Olive oil

Ground beef, pork or turkey

Taco seasoning*

Cheese (cheddar, cotija or queso fresco)

Poco Picante Kooshy Croutons

Avocado, mashed or diced

Sour cream

Lime, juice + wedges to garnish

Cilantro (optional)

*DIY: 1 tbsp chili powder, 1.5 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, ½ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp oregano

DIRECTIONS

1. No measurements here! Just eyeball everything to your liking for a simple, tasty weeknight dinner.

2. Sauté ground meat in oil and taco seasoning. Toss with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, corn, black beans, lime juice & cheese.

3. Top with more cheese, avocado, sour cream, cilantro and A LITERAL TON of Poco Picante croutons.
