INGREDIENTS
Big ol’ bunch of arugula
1 cup strawberries, hulled & sliced
1/2 cup blackberries (or blueberries)
1/2 cup raspberries
A few slivers of red onion
French Toast Kooshy Croutons
Burrata, torn (or goat cheese)
1/4 tsp sea salt
Ground black pepper to taste
2-3 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 tsp-ish balsamic glaze
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, add arugula, onion, berries and French Toast croutons.
2. Pull burrata apart and arrange on top of salad.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then drizzle with oil and balsamic. Optional: finish with fresh basil.
4. Top with more French Toast croutons, obviously.
